iptables, iptables-persistent and other packages removed with 'dist-upgrade'

Hi,

I'm on Debian stretch amd64, today if I try to dist-upgrade my system I
see some core packages being removed.

My DE is Cinnamon.

'apt-get upgrade -Vs': https://paste.debian.net/904460/

'dpkg -l': attached as package-list.txt

Is it normal? Should I proceed with the upgrade and then reinstall iptables?
